I’ve been successfully selling properties for over 22 years, providing estate agency services throughout Cheshire, Staffordshire and beyond, working for both corporate and independent Estate Agents. I have many repeat clients, many of which have returned for advice over the years.

My passion for selling houses began as a young boy, my parents purchased a couple of properties, one of which was a new build. I took great interest in watching the plans being drawn up through to a finished house.  My dad was a local solicitor in Congleton and Macclesfield, and over the years I have gained vital knowledge in learning the whole conveyancing process. I began my career at 19 years old working at my local Estate Agent as a Sales Negotiator and over the years I have progressed to branch manager in 2 well known estate agents. During my career I have been a Director of a very successful Estate Agency firm, overseeing 4 offices in the Cheshire area.

I am happy to call Congleton my hometown for the past 12 years, where I live with my wife Debbie and my two boys who both attend/attended the local primary and secondary schools in Congleton. Prior to living in Congleton, we have also enjoyed living in Biddulph, Staffordshire where my parents and in laws still reside. In my formative years I have also lived on the Edge of Congleton in Ruston Spencer enjoying the delightful countryside it has to offer.

Over the years I have gained a vast degree of local and regional knowledge, marketing a wide range of properties from beautiful, terraced properties, family homes and many delightful farmhouses.

After experiencing many changes over the years in the property market, I want to offer my clients a selling experience which is as stress-free as possible, by keeping communication as key, at the heart of a smooth transaction.

I spend lots of time with my family, exploring the delights of the Cheshire and Staffordshire Countryside; along with playing golf at my local golf club, Astbury. I am a keen sportsman participating in both Rugby and Cricket, over the years, playing for Macclesfield Rugby Club and Denstone College in Staffordshire. I am a very competitive person and enjoy a challenge, which I believe helps me achieve a high quality and passionate outcome in many of my transactions over the years.

My claim to fame recently is I have appeared on your screens filming for the popular BBC programme, ‘Homes Under The Hammer’.

I decided to go it alone for many reasons, but the main one being, I want to provide my clients with an honest and realistic approach to selling their home alongside a bespoke one to one service of the highest quality, from the early stages of viewings to completion, enabling me to deal with your whole transaction, which as I know from experience, this rarely happens these days.

It is a common misconception that you have to sell your home with a high street main estate agent, this is wrong, I have access to all the social media platforms and your house will appear on Rightmove and Zoopla. I have all the tools to sell your home just like any other agent, but I have the time, knowledge, dedication and honesty to sell your property at a much higher and personal service, I have a personal interest to ensure my clients have a smooth sale transaction and will do everything to ensure that happens.
